If the amount has already been deducted from your account even though your order was canceled, this amount has only been held by your bank and will be automatically transferred back to your account within 2-5 business days.
If you have chosen the bank transfer payment method, your order will only be shipped once we have received your payment.
The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 5 days).
