The most frequently asked questions

For us, no order is complete until you are completely satisfied.

Therefore, at HIJABI you have the opportunity to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. You can easily use the return label for this by email request.

For returns, a small fee of €2.90 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

For returns from Switzerland, Austria + EU the return fee is €9.90.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please understand that our team strives to ship your order as quickly as possible and therefore we may not be able to accommodate your request to cancel or change your order.

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, the first thing you can do is check the shipment status .

You will find the link to this in your shipping confirmation email.

We only offer our products online .

We can provide you with a great shopping experience online 24/7 , so you can shop for your favorite hijabs from the comfort of your own home, even on stressful days.

We understand that sometimes you wish you could touch and try on products before purchasing. If you are unsure or have questions about the products, our customer service will be happy to help you.

And if you are not 100% satisfied after your purchase, you can of course return your order to us!
