The delivery time within Germany is usually between 1-3 working days, depending on the location. For orders within Austria, Switzerland and the EU, the delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
The delivery time indicated is an approximate number of days from receipt of payment and does not include weekends, public holidays and unforeseeable delays on the part of the courier (weather, order volume, traffic, etc.).
Sustainability is a clear goal of HIJABI and influences our future business activities of AZ. By offsetting CO2 for shipping and returns, we can quickly make an enormous positive contribution to the environment.
All deliveries and returns are therefore CO2 compensated, regardless of the shipping method, without you having to pay anything extra.

In your shipping confirmation email you will receive a direct link to your shipment tracking. To view the current shipment status for your order, simply click on the link in question.
You can also find the link in your order overview, which you can access via My Account/Orders.
Please note that it may take 24h to 48h from the time your package is shipped for the tracking information to be updated.
If your order has just been shipped from our warehouse, we ask you to be patient.
It may take 24-48 hours for the package to be scanned by the carrier.
In some cases, tracking is only activated when the package arrives in your city/country. If your order has already exceeded the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will check your package status.
Check your shipment status to receive further information directly from the courier company. The link is in your shipping confirmation.
If you were not at home during delivery, the delivery person should have left a delivery note in your mailbox indicating where you can collect your package (usually your local post office) or from a neighbor.
Sometimes there are several delivery attempts and the postman tries again the next working day or the package is delivered to the nearest post office (in this case you will receive a notification in your mailbox). If none of the delivery attempts work, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you automatically.
If for any reason we are unable to ship any of the items ordered, this will be indicated in your shipping confirmation and you will automatically receive a cancellation or refund or redelivery for items not shipped.
