FAQ Gifts

You can buy our gift vouchers in the gifts section.

Once the order is confirmed, the voucher will be sent to the email address you provided in a separate email. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the voucher to be sent.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing gift vouchers.

At the checkout in the second step *Address* you will find a field for gift vouchers. You can enter your code here.

If your total amount exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the full value will be used and the gift certificate will be used up.

If your total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will remain on the card so you can use it again at a later date.

HIJABI gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.

You also have the option of using more than one voucher per order. Gift vouchers cannot be used in combination with a discount code.

If you return items purchased with a gift card, the credit will be refunded back to your gift card.

You can use the gift voucher again for future purchases. Voucher credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

During the checkout process you have the option to have your order “ gift wrapped” . Our luxurious packaging is a decorative HIJABI gift box with which we make unpacking something very special for everyone, including yourself!
