For returns, a small fee of €4.50 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For returns from Switzerland, Austria + EU, the return fee is €9.90.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase from HIJABI, you can return items that are in their original condition (i.e.: unworn and with tags).
Return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
For us, no order is complete until you are completely satisfied. If you don't like something, you can return your order and we'll easily refund you the full amount. For this we charge a small return fee of €4.50 for shipping.
To arrange a return, you can simply write us an email and follow the instructions:
1. Request a returns slip by email.
2. Put your item(s) back in the shipping box (if possible in the original one)
3. Stick the return slip that you received by email on your return package
4. Drop off your package at the nearest location of the supplier of your choice
Please ensure that you always save the receipt and tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.
Of course, we always try to be as quick as possible, especially when it comes to processing your return. You can assume that the refund will be made as quickly as possible, i.e. no longer than 14 working days .
As soon as we have processed the return, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund will be made using the payment method you originally selected when placing your order.
We provide one return slip for each order.
If you forget to return an item from your order, you can send it back to us yourself.
For the sake of the environment, we ask you to avoid unnecessary returns if possible.
Please note that we will not issue a new return slip if your order exceeds our 30-day return policy.
We usually need up to 14 days to process your return from the time you sent your items back.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method you chose for your order. The transaction usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
If you sent your return package more than 3 days ago and have not yet received confirmation from us, please contact our Customer service .
Since we cannot guarantee that the desired exchange item will still be in stock when your return package arrives in our warehouse, we do not offer an exchange option for the time being.
However, you can return the item you don't want to keep for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.
As long as all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition , you can return sale items.
You can only return hijabs and underhead scarves if they have not yet been worn and the packaging and labels are still intact. We do not accept returns on worn items. Once you have removed the tags, we can no longer accept the items.
