For us, no order is complete until you are completely satisfied.

Therefore, on you have the opportunity to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. You can easily request the return label for this by email.

For returns, a small return contribution of €4.50 will be deducted from your refund amount.

For returns from Switzerland + EU the return fee is €9.50.

If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, the first thing you can do is check the shipment status . You will find the link to this in your shipping confirmation email.

Since it is important to us to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, changing orders in our system is only possible within a very short time window (approx. 15 minutes after placing the order).

At the end of 2021 we decided to close our HIJABI store in Frankfurt and only offer our products online.

We can provide you with a great online shopping experience around the clock, 24/7, so that you can shop for your favorite hijabs online from home even on stressful days.

We understand that sometimes you wish you could touch and try on the products in real life. We also miss contact with you! If you are unsure or have questions about the products, our customer service will be happy to help you.
